At Magical Beginnings Online Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide exceptional products and services to make your experience with us truly magical. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please follow our return policy guidelines below:

 

  1. Return Window: You may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  2. Exclusions: Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@magicalbeginnings.co.il with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  4. Shipping:  In cases other than defective or wrong product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process.

  7. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
