Return Window: You may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions: Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@magicalbeginnings.co.il with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Shipping: In cases other than defective or wrong product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
