Karen oversees the overall management of Magical Beginnings, including staff supervision, compliance with local regulations, communication with parents, and activity planning. She is warm and emotionally intelligent, always seeing the best in everyone. Karen’s loving eyes and beautiful smile light up the daycare, and her ability to connect with children and caregivers is remarkable.
 

Every child is her child, no exceptions, and every caregiver feels like family under her guidance. She has an extraordinary talent for recognizing the strengths in each child and helping them grow into better adults.

There could not be a better director—Karen is smart, loving, and completely dedicated to ensuring your child’s well-being. Certified in Early Childhood Education from Beit Berl, Karen brings over 10 years of experience working with children. She also loves to dance and sing, which brings extra joy and energy to the daycare.

Hi, I’m Moris, and I proudly manage Magical Beginnings Daycare. My role involves overseeing everything from enrollment and accounting to various administrative tasks, but what I enjoy most is being a part-time educator. It’s a true privilege to inspire your children and create an environment where they can thrive and grow.

I’m originally from Panama, born to an Israeli father. I spent my childhood in Israel and Bogotá, where I first met Karen. Later, I studied Hotel and Tourism Development at NYU, but my passion quickly shifted to early childhood education. With eight years of experience running the daycare and four years working hands-on with the children, I’m deeply committed to helping them develop social skills that will last a lifetime. Ages 2 to 3 are the perfect time to instill empathy, social awareness, and emotional intelligence—traits that will shape them into resilient, creative individuals ready to positively impact the world.

Being a male caregiver at Magical Beginnings brings a special balance to our team. I work closely with the Little Magicians alongside Karen, and I hold a certification in Early Childhood Education. I’m also pursuing an advanced certification to keep growing and bringing new skills to our daycare. Oh, and I love music! Every morning, I play the guitar for the kids and staff, filling our space with joy and creativity to start the day on a high note.

Hi! I’m Allison, and I'm part of the Human Resources team at Magical Beginnings. I am originally from Rizaralda, the Cofee Axis of Colombia. My focus is ensuring everyone feels valued, motivated, and supported in their roles. With a passion for children's well-being, my work here is gratifying. I handle key administrative tasks, including HR, enrollment, and accounting, aiming to create a positive and enriching work environment for staff and families. Together, we make the magic happen at Magical Beginnings! 🌟

Debbie is an incredible asset to Magical Beginnings. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she adds to the rich cultural mix at our daycare. Her intelligence, vibrant energy, and deep attentiveness to each child’s needs make her exceptional. Beyond her talent for dance, she consistently goes above and beyond in her care, adding immense value and richness to our environment. With a master’s degree in Child Development and Psychology, Debbie designs and leads educational and developmental activities while closely monitoring and supporting each child’s growth.

At Magical Beginnings, we prioritize the safety and protection of children in their early stages while encouraging exploration and growth as they develop. Ruthie, originally from South Africa, has been working with children since 2017 and is a wonderful addition to our team. She is known for her humor, intelligence, and loving nature, making her an invaluable asset to any parent who entrusts their child to her care.

Jonathan brings a unique and nurturing presence to Magical Beginnings, working closely with our Enchanted Explorers group. Originally from the Mendoza region of Argentina, Jonathan has over a year of experience caring for a special needs child, which helped him discover his passion and purpose in early childhood education. His patience, dedication, and genuine connection with the children make him an invaluable team member. Jonathan’s thoughtful approach and ability to create a balanced, supportive environment enrich the children and staff experience.

Michaella is a vibrant and passionate educator with two degrees in education. She’s been guiding and advising early childhood programs for years, visiting kindergartens and schools to share her wealth of knowledge. Michaella's insightful approach helps both children and staff navigate the everyday challenges of early education, always with a smile and a positive attitude. She believes that even children’s conflicts are opportunities for growth and learning. With her warm personality and deep understanding of child development, Michaella is invaluable to the Magical Beginnings family!

Ethan is an AI pedagogical advisor at Magical Beginnings Daycare, offering expert guidance on the emotional, physical, and social development of children aged six months to 36 months. Powered by the latest research in early childhood education, Ethan provides evidence-based advice tailored to each child's needs, helping caregivers create a nurturing and enriching environment. With a personalized approach, he fosters open communication with caregivers and parents to support children in reaching their developmental milestones. Ethan is committed to ensuring that every child at Magical Beginnings thrives, all while leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance the daycare experience.
